"We have had the benefit of [Collin's] outstanding work on a series of projects, over several years' time, for our home in Seattle. Collin has proved himself a true craftsman, on every one of these projects, whether large or small. We have an older home (1930's), which we essentially gutted and have rebuilt, incorporating an array of (beautiful) vintage and salvaged wood and wooden doors and cabinets that were removed from historic schools, hotels, and other buildings. Collin has had a major role in this process. There are a lot of challenges to repurposing older salvaged materials, and Collin embraced the challenges! His vision, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail have been stellar! Among other things, Collin custom designed and crafted two major floor to ceiling cabinet/shelving  installations in our "den"/guest bedroom and also in a home office. The end results are truly beautiful, finely built and unique showpieces of cabinetry work. We could not have been happier with the quality of Collin's work, the fair prices he charged for it, or, with the experience of collaborating and working with Collin to achieve what we had only vaguely envisioned in our minds, but lacked the skills ourselves to fully flesh out in design or implementation. Besides the impressive artistry of his work, Collin is also an extremely pleasant person to deal with, or to have working in your house. He always has a smile, a positive "can do" attitude, and is incredibly "tidy," as well as considerate, timely and reliable. We were always a little sorry when he finished projects (on schedule), as we knew we would miss seeing him once he was gone! We recommend Collin most highly!"
